When I was in the service we had a coke machine that dispenced beer, it was 50 cents each. Did you guys have that over there? Or something like it.

The closest they came was near-beer, I believe there were about five different types of non-alcoholic beer at one time or another. Not all at the same time but there was usually at least one type available, all in all, they were not very popular with the soldiers.
