Yes I remember that, sorry if it was tooo many links all were on the same page at youtube so I thought they all added up to one story, I'm watching them now. Thanks for pointing out the bomb shelter craze of the early 50's perhaps before I never made the connection til now, very possible.

The 50's kind of remind me of the turn of the century when ghosts and ghost pictures seemed to haunt everyone. The 50's were the same with many changes going on. People needed an outlet and UFO's kinda filled the void. Humans have a way of de-rationalizing rational thought. The turn of the century also had science leaping and discovering new things, the layman needed something to help him understand. The occult & supernatural was an easy escape.
