Have faith it is them passing on to you that they're in a better place and you'll feel it and know peace. Perhaps they were using your recent thoughts mixed in with their message to make you understand they're with you.

I'm by no means an expert or final authority on this...but I really believe it's possible.

This may be a situation in which I will simply choose to believe. I do do that from time to time.

Recently while walking down the street I saw some groundcover in a garden. My mother planted that groundcover in parts of her garden as well. That same groundcover was prominent in my dream.

Was this common groundcover?

Perhaps it was a sign in your dream that you mom was telling you she's watching you and she used that groundcover as a simply identified reference to your conscious thought.

Thank you, Britt.

It's still hard. It is hard to get one's mind around the fact people can just vanish. Like many people in my situation, I sometimes forget they died and think, "It's been a while, I should Mom a call" and then I remember that I can't just pick up the phone and tell her how things have been. 

For the most part I am at peace with their passing. It's just disorienting in ways I did not anticipate.

It is fairly common but I had the same thought as you. I didn't really notice it much but it seems that I see it all over now. A sign that her presence too is all over?

Sumnon is this an accurate description?

If so I would say yes as higher guides come for emotional, spiritual and therefore physical healing and growth.

I understand the feeling of disorientation, sumnom.  When my best friend Harvey died three summers ago, I found myself going to the phone several times a week for more than a year, expecting him to be on the other end of the phone line.

In my heart, I know those whom have passed to the next world are extremely close, as if we can reach out and touch them.  We are so imprisoned by our limited senses, however, that we cannot feel constant awareness of their presence.

Sometimes, I feel him near me for fleeting moments and it brings me great happiness.

Britt, I just know. There are times when I think there is no need for me decide. I will just go with my senses. For the time being, I am going to go with Hambone's interpretation of my dream. Why? Because it gives me a sense of peace and well-being.

It seems it does. I will have to research more. My guide says dreams are one of the ways messages come to us. Books, pictures, websites, tv programmes etc are all methods too.
