cynicalninja wrote: I just don't know how to answer that Cynicalninja. What do you want me to say? The original inhabitants of Australia were a primitive people. There are many good folk who consider coloured dots on bark to be of equal artistic value to a painting by say, Leonardo da Vinci. And who see a didgeridoo as of similar value to a stradivarius. Hand marks on a rock as equivalent to the development of Chinese characters. Etc. Personally I don't do inverse cultural cringe and have never been comfortable with political correctness. There is value in primitive culture, of course, but .... If you want to read a really silly book about the Australian aboriginal as "noble savage" - I recommend "Mutant Message Down Under". I think it was a big hit in America. So I assume you don't have an opinion about the original aboriginal inhabitants of Australia then Aussiepam ?
