Thank you everyone who offered help and suggestions for my daughter who was flunking algebra! Her dad has started tutoring her and she seems to be understanding it better. And the teacher offered extra credit earlier this week - hooray!

Hopefully she'll get a passing grade by the end of the school year!

That's great!  that's the biggest hurdle...understanding the concepts...once she can grasp that...she'll probably ace the class.
