Please pray for my wife Anna. Over the last few weeks she has been suffering an allergic reaction to something and the doctors haven't figured out what it is. We raked our brains trying to figure out what has changed in our environment that might be causing this OR if she has somehow developed a reaction to something that has been in the environment.

She has been to an allergist (sp), changed medications but so far nothing has brought relief.

Thank you in advance for your prayers.

That must be frustrating? Skin reaction or other?
Thanks pmh1nic. Let's pray for Anna to have the Lord bring her an answer and take away the big question mark over her head so she can address this with diet or other lifestyle changes.

I hope your wife gets some relief for her allergies soon.

My prayer request would be for the people in Myanmar and the families who have lost someone.

Thanks you for your prayers.

We ended up going to the emergency room last night at about 11:30pm. Finally around 1:30am they gave her a shot that kicked in and relieved some of the symptoms. She was released from the hosptial at 5:00am.

She had a Thallium stress test scheduled for today at 10:00am. I was concerned about her proceeding with the test after such a stressful night and no sleep but but she didn't want to cancel it. Fortunately she managed to get throught the test with no problems.

Please keep Anna in your prayers. We have no idea what might be causing this reaction.

Thank God, and Praise Him!!

Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. -Matthew 22:37-39

"Thank God, and Praise Him!!"

Amen, amen and amen!

The following is not a prayer request but a praise offering. The words are from one of my favorite hymns. It's one of the old ones but the words are timeless...

"O Lord my God, When I in awesome wonder,
Consider all the worlds Thy Hands have made;
I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder,
Thy power throughout the universe displayed."

"Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art.
Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art!"

"When through the woods, and forest glades I wander,
And hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees.
When I look down, from lofty mountain grandeur
And see the brook, and feel the gentle breeze."

"Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art.
Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art!"

"And when I think, that God, His Son not sparing;
Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in;
That on the Cross, my burden gladly bearing,
He bled and died to take away my sin."

"Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art.
Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art!"

"When Christ shall come, with shout of acclamation,
And take me home, what joy shall fill my heart.
Then I shall bow, in humble adoration,
And then proclaim: "My God, how great Thou art!"

"Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art.
Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art!"

I will be doing a message about: "Signs Of The End times" in a couple of weeks in our Cities local park. Please pray for me and that God may draw those to hear, repent and be saved.

Thank You

I'm directly in the path of a major storm system tonight....tornados, baseball size hail headed my way.  I'll be spending some time under the stairs tonight I'm afraid...I'm prepared...but any positive thoughts or prayers in my direction would be most appreciated.  Thank you!

Thanks Fox ::huggers::

round one passed without incident...but it's gonna be a long night.

within 5 seconds of posting that I lost my internet signal... then they issued a tornado warning for us.... but the radar showed the worst of it stayed on either side here.  It kind of split and went around us. :bigwink:  we got over 2 inches of rain in that hour.  more on the way...and we're in a tornado watch now until 3 a.m.

I didn't venture under the stairs yet...but I've stocked it with everything I might need. and told my husband that's where I'll be in case he has to dig me out of the rubble.  :lmao:  I told him I'm not going down in that cellar by myself in the dark.  no way, no how!  :scared:(he had to work overtime tonight).

speaking of which...since this is a prayer request thread...my husband could definitely use some extra prayers...he's about a year from retirement if this job doesn't kill him first.  He's already working an average of 3 overtime shifts a week, and the plant superintendent just sent an email and resigned today, no notice.  <sigh>  If he can make it through this next month, he has a month vacation scheduled.  so any extra prayers you can spare :pray:....Thank you!::rose::

Do NOT get under a bridge! My wife took care of the little girl whose mother was ripped out from under the bridge in Moore, Oklahoma years ago when the F5 tornado destroyed mot of the town.

The tornado safety pundits list getting up under a bridge on the same level as cimbing a tree in a lightning storm.

Deep dark basement, SI! Tucked up under a culvert or bridge No!

Regards,
Scott
