One of the more obscure OT books, or at least one not quoted often. If you haven;t read this short book (3 chapters) I would encourage you to do so. And, if you have would ask this question. Do you see any parallels between the nation of Judah and the relationship to Babylon as written about by the prophet Habakkuk some 2,700 years ago, and the mid-east situation today? Or even take it a step further and look at the relationship between the U.S.A and the rest of the world.
