I'm looking to find out if anyone owns a car with a MOON/SUN Roof. If you do, does it have an air ram shield on the roof (Maybe not the right name) that deflects the air from scooping in the car (Doing around 60) when the roof is open. I've seen these deflectors on a few passing cars, but don't know anyone that has one.

I really don't like the way those shields look on the car. But if those shields really do work, & it stops the rushing air sound from scooping in the car, then I will have one installed.

I guess it might make a difference if the sun/moon roof, when opened goes inside the car or does it slide on top of the roof?

It's a factory installed sun/moon roof that slides back "inside" the rest of the roof. Thus, making a loud wind whoshing noise when open, even if just cracked open an inch or two.

No matter what you do all cars will have a wind noise coming in. What you can try is get some cardboard and make a deflector over the sun/moon roof (just at the frt and try it?)
