Hi, Ratty One!  Good to see you here.

This forum has been rather sleepy and is off to a bit of a slow start, but it happens to be the least comfortable time of year here right now, so I am dormant in terms of detecting.

Just as the Yankee folk can't do much detecting in the wintertime, we here in the Steamy South usually leave our 'tectors in the closet during the dog days of summer.  It is just too miserably hot to do any hunting right now!

I really look forward to fall, which is my favorite time of year for hunting.  Come September/October, I hope to get out in the dirt again, and post some finds here!

Those of you who HAVE been out diggin' (or doing other forms of treasure hunting): please post some finds!

Sorry it's been so dull here lately.
