I hope I'll get out tomorrow.  Even if the finds turn out to be as lackluster as they were last Sunday, I can probably cobble together the pictures of the two outings to make a proper writeup.

That's IF I get with my buddy Ty- "'The Ambassador".  He is the obtainer of permission and has several Victorian yards lined up for us to detect in.  Really, considering the places we hunted on Easter Sunday, it's astonishing we didn't find more.  I got a silver cufflink and one Wheat cent- a 1942.  Ty got three Wheaties dating 1912, 1913, and 1955-D, in an area I had hard hunted (and in fact worked a grid on) on the last visit to the site.  For a relatively new detectorist wielding a used Bounty Hunter detector that he got for twenty bucks, he's doing well for himself.

We shall see what tomorrow holds.

Good luck and happy hunting and am sending good mojo your way. If the snow ever melts I would love to get out of the house myself.

SNOW? Heck, we're runnin' AC by day, now. Still nice and cool at night, though. It's a very pleasant time to be outdoors, except the gnats and skeeters have come out in search of victims.
