Well, I made it through my first week back at work.  Worked out OK.  Had some nights I came home tired, but I think it was more to do with getting back on a normal sleep schedule.  Going to bed early, getting up early.

Not so bad at all.  Kim and I went to a day long training session on Friday, and it was pretty interesting.  We had a laugh, as her brother was there and she did not even know he was going to be there. ::chuckle::

Yes sir.  And just how many marathons have YOU run, may I ask?   :)   I am doing much better, though.  Walking better every day.  And I am even walking the halls at work.  So there.
