My bro works in the local hospital here, as a minion, and he says that most Doctors think they're something really special and look down their noses at nurses and ward assistants like himself. But he has nothing but praise for all the nurses.

No, truly, MM, it's "as and when" work. That's not me being negative about it, it's just how it is. But you're right, who knows where it will lead.
My life seems to go in cycles of extremes...either very busy or very unoccupied...neither lasts...but then, does anything?
