Unbelievable flooding not something you usually see in this part of the world, not to this degree. Everyone be safe and remember moving water is a dangerous thing, don't wait to long to move to higher ground.

Look like they have the swift water rescue teams out, boy they will be needed. We have the same problems here when it rains(which at this point would be a blessing). Many business and homes are built right on the San Diego River bed. Hello its called that because its a river when it rains and many swift water rescues happen during those times.

This looks pretty bad.
