An Ohio Democratic lawmaker and former presidential candidate has presented articles of impeachment against President George W. Bush to Congress.

Thirty-five articles were presented by Rep. Dennis Kucinich to the House of Representatives late Monday evening, airing live on C-SPAN.

"The House is not in order," said Kucinich to Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), upon which Pelosi pounded her gavel.

"Resolved," Kucinich then began, "that President George W. Bush be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following articles of impeachment be exhibited to the United States Senate. ... VIDEO AT LINK

I say why bother?  It would be a waste of taxpayer money better spent elsewhere.  I mean, he has just a few months left in office.  By the time they got through all the procedures, he'd be gone anyway.

Kucinich is just about the only one in Congress that wants to go through with this.  (Okay, there may be a few exceptions.)  This has about as much chance of moving forward as I do of being drafted into the NY Giants as a place kicker.

It's just more of Kicinich grandstanding and evidence that he hasn't got enough really work to do.

Perhaps so...but it means the people become real SLAVES!

I don't know how to say this any other way but "SLAVERY"

The powers our founders were fighting against at the time, have done what they worried about.

If you are to give up now, then do so, and put your children into bonds and offer them as sex slaves to the oppressors...the ones who make war and genocide on earth today, who are from the same families our founders warned us about at our beginnings.

So if you if up, why not sell your children into slavery, as a sacrifice...the the gods you bow to in defeat.

Better dead then red, better dead then slave....but you spend what you like...thats your free will.

TO GIVE UP and GIVE IN...or to stand for something.

Its better to:

Die for the Truth, then live on your knees in slavery.

cuz after all...whats  the point.
