A very good friend of mine who has made a life long study of the various religions, showed me and explained to me in his Quran that very principle. Oh and by the way, My friend is Pakistani, Muslim and now a U.S citizen. His Quran came from the old country. Don't know where yours came from.

The Bible advocates violence against non-believers probably even more so than the Quran. 1) In Leviticus 25:44-46, the Lord tells the Israelites it's OK to own slaves, provided they are strangers or heathens. 2) In Samuel 15:2-3, the Lord orders Saul to kill all the Amalekite men, women and infants. 3) In Exodus 15:3, the Bible tells us the Lord is a man of war. 4) In Numbers 31, the Lord tells Moses to kill all the Midianites, sparing only the virgins. 5) In Deuteronomy 13:6-16, the Lord instructs Israel to kill anyone who worships a different god or who worships the Lord differently. 6) In Mark 7:9, Jesus is critical of the Jews for not killing their disobedient children as prescribed by Old Testament law. 7) In Luke 19:22-27, Jesus orders killed anyone who refuses to be ruled by him.

Nice try ninja. 6) is Jesus is critical of the hypocritical attitudes of the Pharisees here. Please read the WHOLE chapter. 7) This is a parable read verse 19:11 FIRST so you understand the WHOLE parable meaning. When you do these things ninja let's get back to Obama? Sound like a plan?

None of us can really know what is in the heart of a man but based on Obama's words and actions I stand by my original statement. He has publically confessed Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. I can only take what he says at face value. On the other hand his long term associations with Wright, Phleger and Farrahkan tells me that he holds the same type of racist and anti-American views as they espouse (go back and listen to their statements). You can then add Ayers to the mix. These guys view the so-called "white establishment" as inherently evil. I know what I'm talking about because while growing up in Harlem back in the 1950's and 60's this stuff was being preached by the Nation of Islam in my neighborhood. Obama views the government as a tool to fix America's problems, including what he views as social injustice. Under his administration the size, cost and power of the federal government is going to continue to explode, which is exactly the WRONG direction we should be going.
