Gonna be a heck of a ride for a little bit.  The realization that doing nothing is probably better than doing anything is probably going to win out in the end...though the road to the end will not be pretty for some.

I heard that 4 times the number of ARM and interest only mortgages are do for a rate hike next year compared to this year....yikes!! (don't qoute me on that though)

The problem I hear is that these particular ARM Mortgages that are now become a problem were set-up for low income folks and now that the rates are going up these folks can't make the payments? This is the rumor that's abounding...
