Looking at all the immigration issues going on in the U.S. would it be wrong to assume that this side of the market may be overlooked as the population of Latinos increases? I know that there are many different sides of this story but I am only looking at the logical next step towards investing in the future...............inquiring minds would appreciate any opinions.

We have a large number of business here that are Latino based and oriented. Not sure why, but it seems to be the latest businees fad here.

For diversification, it's a good idea to throw a little into the Latino area I feel.  They are growing and earning more money all the time.  I feel very strong about India too. They are exploding and I caught wind that their Government is about to lay out big money toward assisting their companies. Don't be fooled by the India index coming out - it is all U.S. based companies with the two largest being half the damn fund. Check out IFN for India - it's made up of all India-based companies. Anyway, I'm a big fan of diversification globally so I support your notion. I prefer the ETFs of those foreign lands - low fee and scandal free. There are a bunch that offer a hefty dividend, too.
