Well, if I recolect correctly, back in the "olden days" most Wome/Girls did not wear pants. Consequently, it would have been unlady like for Women/Girls to have the throw their leg up & over the seat to get past that "structural" straight cross bar. 

Hence, to accomodate the Women/Girls, the Women's/Girls version bike with the bend in the structural cross bar came to pass.

:shy:  Well, personally, I think that phrase has caused alot of misconceptions over time.  I acknowledge that it's generally accepted that "image" in this context is referring to a physical likeness...but what if that's not what it means?  Using that definition assumes God has a physical form.  But I would be willing to bet that it actually refers to our true nature as spiritual beings and in that sense we are created in God's image, which is not a tangible, physical thing.  And as such I highly doubt the need for genitals.  :bigwink:
