I don't have anything good to say about China, except for the fact that they put on a hell of an opening ceremony for the Olympics. And, it's only 40 minutes into it. Only 3 hours and 20 minutes left to go.


Check it out if you can. Best thing i've seen on the boob tube in a loooong time.

I didn't realize they started the games before the opening ceremonies. When will your niece be playing Carla. We can all tell everybody we know someone who has a niece in the Olympics....Kinda::chuckle::  Good luck to her and the team Carla.

They won their game this morning against Japan 1-0 my Niece got her first game time in the Olympics today. She is on cloud 9. Rachel Buehler #4

A local girl is also on the soccer team..Carla, when you speak to your niece, mention Abby Wambaugh.  Unfortunatly, a couple weeks ago Abby broke her leg in two places in an exibition game against, umm..Japan, I think.  Abby had to have surgery on her leg and is watching from home, I am sure.
