I found the video to be very sad, actually.  :badday:

This is the kind of person whose friends say to them on a not-infrequent basis, "Dude, you really need to get laid."

He looks like he's probably a teenager, but he acts around 8 years old.  He's either maladjusted to the point of being a future stalker, or he's developmentally disabled.

I just couldn't decide if he was:
  1. actually retarded and his parents are making money by letting him post online.

After looking at some of the comments, I'm convinced that some of the people believe that the guy is acting out some sort of comic routine, and not actually serious.

I don't see what would be funny if the kid actually did what he said he did.  Having said that, if, as some of the people responding on YouTube seem to think, he's actually acting in some kind of character, and he's doing a good job at acting like that character, then I could see it being amusing.  Having no familiarity with that character, though (apparently some British version of "The Office"), I'm not able to find it amusing.

And I don't really feal deprived...
