Did anyone else see this?

Interesting premise for a show....

A boy discovers he has a 'gift/curse'...if someone dies and he touches them they come back to life....but if he touches them a second time, they die forever.  (he discovered this when his mother died when he was a boy).   He learned his lesson quickly.   And he also learned that if he did not touch them a second time (within a minute)....someone else in the vicinity would die.

long story short...two other people learn of his ability, an investigator and a childhood sweetheart...they scout the news for deaths/murders in which a reward is offered...bring the person back to ask pertinent questions that could help solve the crime, touch them a second time, and claim the reward.

Very well done...interesting camera work...kinda Tim Burton-esque, interesting humor as well.

I think it airs Wednesday nights, but were replaying it tonight.

I saw it.  It was an interesting concept.  It will be curious to see what they can do with it.

Anyone else watching it?

The writing is extremely clever. The camera work is wonderful. The style is whimsical. The parts are perfectly cast. My kind of show!

I sort of watched it twice.  By that I mean, it was on the TV but I was busy and only listening out of one ear!  As far as comedy, I love Seinfeld and Two and A Half Men.  I'll make a point to really watch the next time it comes on.  ::sgrin::

I loved Seinfeld for years...but got kind of tired of it by the end.  Two and A Half Men is one of my favorites too.  ::thumbs::

I think this is one that might be worth buying the season on DVD when it comes out.    But they do a good job trying to get everyone up to speed at the beginning of each episode.

Yeah I watched the whole first series !

I was a little sceptical at first but the concept is so quirky and original it really works, the plot took so many twists and turns throughout it always kept me guessing.

The way its filmed and its unique set and production design are a refreshing change. I look forward to a new series !
