the first time i ever saw him, nobody had ever heard of him. i stood in front of my TV and  made my family get up and watch. then he came to Boston. i thought i'd die from bliss!

i took my sons to see him.

they still talk about it.

when he died, we cried.

so now my PBS is playing him. and bringing back memories.

i think he is the best guitar player in history. ::guitar::

Yeah, thanks.  My PBS is playing Roy Orbison.  Oh joy.

Stevie Ray Vaughn is in my top 3 all-time favorite guitar players.  He is KING.  *sigh*  Tomorrow I think I'll have to break out the SRV music and piss off the neighbors some more!!  ::thumbs::

Furball knows me well. ::thumbs:: Clapton and Hendrix are the other 2.  Followed closely by Carlos Santana.

Favorite SRV tune: 'Couldn't Stand the Weather" we played it loud as ten of us lay crammed into a 70's van while headed up to ski, driving on icy roads with no visiblility!

ON THE EDGE!!:D
