 in 1997 a movie was being filmed in miami and key largo, and a call went out for extras... my hangout was the caribbean club and one of the scenes was shot where you see the sign and the dock and my personal outside table on florida bay. (it's the pic right at the end of the dock). *sigh* i have spent many happy hours there watching coconuts falling on tourist windshields) anyway, i got to be an extra! i am inside with the other locals who were chosen for looks and talent!  Blood & Wine on DVD (1997)where is my oscar??  i demand my royalties even though the movie sucked!   anyone want my autograph?  Attachment: (Downloaded times)

i forget to mention, the only on site locales in Bogart's 1947 KEY LARGO with Lauren Bacall were shot in the caribbean club! so why does HE get an oscar and i don't?  Last edited on 03:18 am by Lady Cop |

What? No screen credit right next to Jack Nicholson's name? You were robbed. But, I would actually rent the movie..to see you of course, but to also see Jack. I know, not too many people have heard of him ( ) but I have always liked his work.

"True Lies' was on tonight...the end of the movie took place on the seven mile bridge down here, it was blown up for the movie. the scenes are spectacular. i am a terrible person, when tourists ask me how to get to key west since 7 mile was blown up, i tell them they can't!

 you were robbed!  Here ya go! Here's the 24hour version of an oscar.     My sister was a Theatre student at UNL when they were filming "Terms of Endearment", she got to be an extra in that...just one of the people in the background in an outdoor scene. I still have trouble spotting her, it happens so fast.  My daughter was an extra in "The Break-up" when they were filming in Chicago. She actually found this still shot of her scene. In the movie it lasts for a fraction of a second, but here it is frozen for all eternity.   (my daughter in the lower right corner ^)
