I thought I would kindly open this up because lately it looks like some are coming out of the woodwork more and more and may need a more defined place to hang out together. This topic is for those who wish to fellowship and hang out together to bash Christians, Jesus, Religion, God, The Bible...or whatever suits the needs of those who wish to attend. Things go in waves or cycles it seems. You agree? I remember when it felt like a church around here. Scripture quotes and pro-organized religion all over the place like wild fire. Were those the spa days, JBF?

Not anti-god, anti-jesus, or anti-religion here. I'm anti-groupthink, anti-someone-telling-me-I'm-wrong-if-I-don't-agree-with-them, anti-christian-paranoia, anti-conformity. *shrug* Take it how you like. Makes no difference to me whatsoever.

Sure we have members who are believers but more and more the language, thread topics and general anti-Christian tempo is increasing. I don't wish to name names because whoever is Anti-God...Anti Jesus...Anti Religion knows who they are. Again sumnom, this topic is not for me but for whoever wishes to discuss and fellowship with others the things that are Anti-God...Anti-Jesus...Anti-Relgion. Please let me stay silent in this thread. If it's not for you...why did you start it? Why not leave it for those whom it interests? Obviously it's striking a chord with you somehow. I'm quite certain that, since I object to being evangelized at, I'm one of the ones you were thinking of when you started this. But you don't really need to provide me or anyone else a forum. JBF, this is by far your creepiest charity work. I am terrified to engage someone in discussion out of fear that they might get insulted and think I believe they are one of the Evil 5 (or less). That is why I am avoiding Sumnom, for example.

I for one refuse to be ghettoized. The anti-religionists should have the run to the philosophy forum where reason should reign supreme. This forum has been overrun from the start by a bunch of obscurantists of various stripes. It would be better if they were bannished to their respective forums so that philosophy could be pursued without bothering with them.

It would be nice to talk about some philosophy around here for a change. I just picked up a hermeneutics reader at the used bookstore the other day. I haven't the faintest idea when I will have the time to read it. It depends on when the UN gives me some time off from my usual packed schedule of anti-American, anti-Christian homosexualism.
