This is sad.... and interesting.

A member of the so-called "religion of hate" jumping to defend people who are supposedly his worst enemies..

... from an intolerant prejudical attack from people supposedly part of the "peaceful religion"

Not that I think for one moment that the so-called "Christians" were acting in a way that Jesus would like.
I'm sure He would have more to say to these people than He did to the moneylenders and those who crucified Him!
I would not want to be in their shoes for THAT conversation.

But these people DID claim to be Christians, considering that their stated intent was to attack "the people who killed Jesus"

Obviously, they don't represent Christianity as a whole....

But I hope this is the topic of HUNDREDS of media appearances by ministers and laypeople alike, decrying this horrible crime and the insult to the Name of Christ.

"A Muslim man jumped to the aid of three Jewish subway riders after they were attacked by a group of young people who objected to one of the Jews saying "Happy Hanukkah," a spokeswoman for the three said Wednesday. The New York Police Department's Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating Friday's incident on the Q train.
Friday's altercation on the Q train began when somebody yelled out "Merry Christmas," to which rider Walter Adler responded, "Happy Hanukkah," said Toba Hellerstein.
"Almost immediately, you see the look in this guy's face like I've called his mother something," Adler told CNN affiliate WABC.
Two women who were with a group of 10 rowdy people then began to verbally assault Adler's companions with anti-Semitic language, Hellerstein said.
One member of the group allegedly yelled, "Oh, Hanukkah. That's the day that the Jews killed Jesus," she said.
When Adler tried to intercede, a male member of the group punched him, she said.
Another passenger, Hassan Askari -- a Muslim student from Bangladesh -- came to Adler's aid, and the group began physically and verbally assaulting him, Hellerstein said.

Anti semitism ?!, so often the hidden agenda of many peoples beliefs we find.

This is just another example.

What is the Fundamentallist Christian stance ?

The "Jews" did after all condemn, accuse and see your son of god "Jesus" killed ?!

Is it a case of "all is forgiven" ?

Or is there perhaps some kind of grudge ?

i can't speak for other Christians, but as for me, I consider the people who crucified Jesus just ignorant and savage. Not only that, but he knew exactly what would happen, what God wanted him to do, and stuck it out anyway.

Yep. As far as I'm concerned. I took a class called "Holocaust" in college. Real survivors came and talked to us. After that, I was pretty much OK with all Jewish people... no matter what they did.

I've been to the Holocaust museums in Israel, when I lived there.

THAT will change your perspective FOREVER on what the Jews went through...

I also met the man who drove the first tank up onto the Temple Mount, and became one of the first 10 Jews to set foot on top of the Temple Mount in two thousand years...

THAT was amazing... listening to a man who was THERE when the course of human history and the fate of his country was changed by his actions..
