since contributing to pollution is now a sin, is it a sin to drive my gas-hogging SUV to confession?  and do I have to add that sin to my list of sins to be forgiven for?

and just to take it a step further, is the church going to quit using the lights, heaters and air conditioners that use electricity, since the generation of electricity (at least at the current state of things) greatly contributes to the pollution problems in the world?

and if the church itself has sin or contributes to sin, how does the church confess and cleanse itself of that sin?!?!?

also - they can't use wood fires to heat the church or candles to light the church since both of those options cause polution as well...

oh, what to do, what to do....

We don't need the Roman Religion to remind us that we ALL need Jesus and His sacrifice for sin.

Apparently, God wants to add some specifics to the sin list ...

Frank, I don't think God needs the Vatican's help on the sin list. I think he pretty well covered it in the Bible.

Apparently, the Vatican doesn't agree.

The Vatican never has agreed with God. The Pope is their God.
