Yes, I assumed by "Church" you meant an actual Church.  I thought that was a pretty safe bet since the phrase indicates a request to travel to one.

Some may not agree and I say...believer or not.......you have your "church" with you....everyday

I have to look at it from two different angles. First, usually when people say that, they are saying let's go worhip together and have fellowship with other Christians, which to me is the true meaning. The word "church" means the assembly.

  

The second way is what a lot of people think when they hear that phrase is of the actual building itself.

Depends on how it's said.  The way you wrote it made me think of someone saying "Hey boy, you want me to teach you a lesson?" or something.  That might be because I am assuming you are looking for deeper meanings than the obvious.
