Why can't there be infinite ways and it is an individual thing? Your comments assume God requires organized worship or systems. That is not true for everyone. You are assuming again. God can speak to all in any way God sees fit. God didn't tell me I had to join a club.

I know - that is why the same questions apply to you because that doesn't mean you get your answers from God.  You FEEL or BELIEVE you do, but it's quite obvious to many that the Bible is not from God (or at very least, your interpretation of it).  Especially since it houses absurd, archaic things like good people lovingly burning in Hell, lovingly tortured for all eternity.  Lovingly.

It's from Greek paganism wwe get the notion of burning in hell.

The Hebrew word is "Sheol" and means simply 'the grave'.

JBF, Where did you get this? It appears you again did not check the facts before you rushed to post.

I know the person that you think you provided the quote from and the document. The name of this person is not spelled correctly which suggests you took the info from a source hostile to the Baha'i Faith. If so, why not just go to a real Baha'i Faith source to at least check the facts.

As Baha'is have said many times before it is just an individual opinion unless it is an authentic verifiable authorized quote.

World order is a magazine witha number of articles in each publication. you did not provide the title of the article. Also I'd like to know the context of the quote you provided. Please post the paragraph before and after this reported quote you provided? Moreover, the World Order Magazine has a disclaimer about participants personal opinions published within:

"The veiws expressed herein are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the publisher, the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of the United States, or of the Editorial Board."
