I would like to tell you about one of my favorite authors, Janette Oke.  She writes books for children and adults about life in the old west, and on the prairie.  They are very much like the Laura Ingalls Wilder's Little House books.  Oke's series is called "A Prairie Legacy."  I have read all of her books so far.  Here is her website

I will look into her books. I read a lot, for enjoyment and to relax ( I know I should read to imporve my brain, but i don't very much)

I will see if I can find any of her books here.
