Starting in the fall, I will be going to the local community college to take a writing class.  The class is called Writing From Personal Experience.  I think it will be a great learning experience for me. 

When I was in AmeriCorps, I got an education award as part of my completing service.  So I will be using it to pay for the class.  It will meet twice a week and part of the class will include keeping a journal.  

Marie will be coming with me to help me with taking notes, and with typing up my papers.

Sounds like a blast, Kimber! I need to get with the program and join a writing group myself.

I just don't seem to have the time to write these days. (Other than here, of course!)

Maybe I should quit posting and use that keyboard time to write something publishable.
