An area where I can take pictures,put stuff on shelves and generally catorgarize all my bottles,lithograghs,dolls,cards,coins,stiens,comics,antique tools,old books,magazines, and generally all things collectable.

       I am also hoping that more people get into the crafts and arts as I move into preparing for the holidays.

    Here are a couple pictures of my "space" albeit new that I have gained over the past few months it comes to 100x200 square ft. much more than I had with just a "coin room"

      Alot of things are tied up in boxes and I hope to be in with a new paint job and shelf system to become more of a collectable "nut" with a few nice displays of my junk.





I will post better pics once I get a little further hopefully this week!

Looks interesting, librtyhead.  I have considered making a room in my house a collectible room.  My dream house, if ever built one, would have such a place.  It would bsically be a den/library/reading room (since much of what I have is books).  And a fireplace.  No stereo, no TV, just a quiet room.

I never thought about it like that but yes your right. I just finished fixing a nice solid oak door that came out of an old house. The door is 2 " thick and heavyyyyyyyyyy!

I picked the colors for the concrete walls a blue epoxy I will trim out with Antique white kindof an off-white.

If anyone has any photo set-ups booth,lights (natural, white, flouresent) I would be much appreciative. Also reflective light  ie. high gloss or flat as a background.
