Anyone know where to find values for old comic books, circa 1950 to the 60's?  My husband found a bunch when we were tidying around the house.

Why can't I find something cool like that while "tidying" the house!  I would just google for guides like you could.  I would also check specific titles and edition numbers on ebay to see what they sell for.  I used to be a comic book collector so you are describing a dream scenario!

The best place that I know of (besides Overstreet, which can be a bit outdated) is http://www.gpanalysis.com.  The problem is that you have to have a subscription.  If you wanted to send me a list of some of the most noteworthy titles and issues, I'd be happy to look them up for you.

nice find!

i know the classics illustrateds came in several versions for each story.. and i believe the values can vary quite a bit..

an annual overstreet is definitely the way to go, they would give you details on each one..
