While you're making your little list, include how, precisely, I "flamed" any animal.  And while I see you saying you were commenting on all negative comments, mine was the only one you zeroed in on.  As for the crap from my place, you're a forum owner.  Read the rules, as is required.  It makes no sense to me to drag ancient history from there to here.  Who's being over-sensitive now?

Anyway...I think that I should update that we have 6 not 5 hamsters as ninja stated.

I got a chinese ham who was heading to a life most unpleasent. He had beenin a fight with some of the other chinese hamster and he was not going to get re-homed until I took him in.

According to ninja I am now offically 'the mad hamster woman'

The chinese hamster we have recently acquired is called "fu", a nod to Fu Manchu, I like those old hammer films starring Christopher Lee. He has a war wound scab on his head which means he's had some "problems" with cage mates in the past, thats why he is housed and was sold to us seperately (chinese hamsters of the same sex are generally housed as same sex cage partners, although females often turn against each other).

I think hamsters are rather cute.  Would not want to own one..but they are cute.  Trixie is enough for me.  When the time comes that she passes on, I think, though, that I will go back to guinea pigs.
