About 6 years ago I adopted two kitties, half-sisters, EZ and Ryder. EZ was a pure-bred Somalian, and Ryder her half-sister from a pure-bred Silver Persian mother. Three years later EZ fell off my balcony one night and suffered tremendous damage and I had to put her down. Ryder was never the same afterwards, but not long afterwards I adopted another little kitty who had run away from her previous home, at 6 weeks old. Lucky is albino, deaf, and in my opinion, a Turkish Van (maybe not pure-bred, but she carries all the traits of that race, including water-proof coat). Enjoy!

Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. -Matthew 22:37-39
