 Welcome to Erinna's Nosh Pit!  C'mon in, pull up a barstool, take a load off, and let's talk food!  Ok, we can talk about other stuff too (what's a good meal without some good music, after all?), but just understand the main focus here is food.  I'm not particularly fussy about conversations; they drift and shift and generally go wherever they want to.  But don't get too far off-topic or I'll yank you back into line.
 
Rules?  Meh, we don't need no stinkin' rules.  We're all grownups, right?  Be nice.  Stay on topic (mostly).  Don't throw the toys.  Don’t spam, don't threaten.  Follow Frank's forum rules.  Other than that, no worries.
 
By all means, color outside the lines, dance when there's no music, mix plaids and stripes, have white wine with your steak and red with your fish.  I've done both.  It's good.  It's all about the discovery, and some of my best meals have happened right after I said, "Oops!"

I'll be honest with you; I've never been a forum owner before.  I don't know how this is going to go.  I might post a recipe a week, or five in one day.  I've got a few ideas, but they need some fleshing out.  When I come up with some, I'll post them and see what you all think.  Then I'll go do whatever I want to.

 After all, it's my forum.  ;)
