i also believe she is dead, perhaps for different reasons. the alabama girl was natalee holloway, and i believe the 3 young men she was with that night killed her and disposed of her in the sea. as for jonbenet, there's no doubt in my mind her parents were responsible. at least she was found and buried decently.

I make this statement because of articles that I've read about a enormous pedophilia ring that exists in Europe (and now seems to be moving to the U.S.). These people are evil. For those of you that don't know about Satanists, most of them live by the motto 'Do as thou wilt'. This means do whatever you want, to anyone and feel no guilt or remorse. I think Ninja's gonna have something to day to you about that. I remember saying the same thing some months ago about Satanists, and it appears I was sadly misinformed on the issue. (Of course, that doesn't preclude some sadistic nutjobs from calling themselves "Satanists", but Satanism itself has little to do with the Aleister Crowley quote you have here. style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #f8f8f8"
The young lady from Alabama was Natalee Holloway. I don't think her disappearance had anything to do with being rich, though. My personal opinion on that one was she met up with a guy or guys who got her drunk and then wouldn't take "No!" for an answer. Ultimately, I think you're right. At this point, there's no chance that the little girl's alive. My money is still on the parents having done it, though.

I don't want to hijack this thread, so I've posted a new message in this forum with the title 'Organized pedophilia'.

Case Against McCanns Begins to CrumbleA senior prosecutor says missing British girl Madeleine McCann's body must be found to secure a conviction. you do not HAVE to have a body to secure a conviction. circumstantial evidence is good evidence. we still haven't seen what they've got. Cluny told the 24 Horas newspaper, “Without the little girl’s body, everything is extremely complicated. There have been cases where it has been possible to obtain a conviction without there being a victim, but there were confessions. “One cannot accuse a person of homicide without there being very strong evidence. In the Maddie case there is no confession, and according to what has been made public, the evidence gathered up until now keeps all leads open, from abduction to homicide or at least to a simple accident.” When asked if it would be possible to secure a conviction, he said, “It is highly possible; it is just harder.”

Send the couple on an all-expenses-paid vacation to Guantanamo Bay. That should speed things along.

i wonder too...whether it's a hoax. the shape of the child's face certainly resembles her. and it seems the tourist from spain who took the photo does not have an agenda. McCanns' 'photo' pain Parents react to suspected sighting in Morocco.

When people decide to be DIY investigators, all kinds of crazy crap comes out of the woodwork. I'm pretty sure Maddie pictures are going to become as popular as Bigfoot pictures --- and just as legitimate.

Madeleine McCann's parents may face jail By Caroline Gammell in Praia da Luz Last Updated: 1:50am BST 29/09/2007 Kate and Gerry McCann could face 12 months in prison if they speak out to defend themselves against a slur campaign in Portugal because of the country's strict secrecy laws, it is claimed The couple have been the subject of allegations about their alleged role in their daughter's disappearance. The latest claim is that Madeleine died in a "fatal and mysterious hour and a half" on the night she went missing and that her body may have been stored in a fridge. Clarence Mitchell, the McCanns' spokesman, said: "Each and every one of these nonsensical allegations causes real pain and hurt for both Gerry and Kate. "We just hope that everyone can see these ridiculous rumours for what they are." Although the McCanns strenuously deny the allegations, as formal suspects they cannot talk about any aspect of the investigation. A source close to the couple said they were looking at ways to get round the strict legislation. The McCanns are determined to keep Madeleine's profile high but events on Sunday – marking 150 days since she disappeared on May 3 – are expected to be low key. Portuguese newspaper Diario de Noticias claims four-year-old Madeleine died in the Ocean Club complex in Praia da Luz before her parents went for dinner at a nearby tapas restaurant with friends. It claims police believe her body "passed through various locations" before allegedly being put in the boot of the couple's hire car and dumped. A source close to the McCanns dismissed the theory as "total rubbish". "Have you seen the size of the fridges in those apartments?" he said. "Of course they did not stuff her in a fridge."

Kate McCann will risk jail to find Madeleine why do i think this is a steaming load of horse manure?? Kate McCann is willing to risk 12 months behind bars in a desperate attempt to locate her daughter Madeleine, it has been disclosed. But she has told close friends: "I will do what I must. What does any of it matter if it helps find Madeleine?" The news came as supporters of Mrs McCann and her husband, Gerry, spoke about the "shadow of suspicion" that the couple know will follow them into the future if Madeleine is never found. Mrs McCann's close family members and friends support her decision to confront a prison threat. They believe that unless she takes advantage of the many high-profile, worldwide interviews on offer — in which she would be expected to discuss both the Portuguese investigation, and leaks alleging that DNA evidence could implicate her and her husband in Madeleine's disappearance — she will lose the "propaganda war" and, more importantly, miss a vital opportunity to keep the story in the news. "It is what Kate thinks will help," a close friend told The Sunday Telegraph. "What choice does she have? Unless Kate and Gerry ignore the law and speak out, their chances of finding Madeleine will dwindle further. Better to risk prison if it helps find her. "Will the Portuguese police really prosecute a mother whose sole aim is to find her daughter or at least, God forbid, discover the whereabouts of her body? Kate, most of all, believes risking a jail sentence is nothing compared to finding Madeleine." The McCanns, who also have two-year-old twins, Sean and Amelie, have turned down scores of interview requests but are now seriously considering an approach from veteran US broadcaster Barbara Walters. The couple, who are both aged 39 and doctors, will only make a decision based on legal advice, however. "The worst thing that could happen to them is a lifetime of not knowing what has become of Madeleine," said their friend, on the eve of the 150th day since the little girl vanished from the family's holiday flat in Praia da Luz on the Algarve as her parents dined at a nearby tapas bar. "But second to that is the realisation that, should Madeleine not be found, they will be forever under the shadow of suspicion. "They were stunned to be named official suspects. It was the final twist of the knife. They have cried their hearts out in private. They have acknowledged that, while they had no reason to feel their children were at risk at the time, their guilt at leaving them will stay with them forever, whether Madeleine is found or not." The McCanns were due to attend their local church in Rothley, Leicestershire, this morning but had no plans to mark today's 150-day milestone. "They are still reeling from this unending smear campaign via the Portuguese media," the friend said. It emerged yesterday that police in Portugal are now examining the theory that Kate, 39, killed her daughter in a 90-minute "gap" while her husband played tennis, and that the body may have been stored in a fridge and moved to "various locations" around Praia da Luz before being taken in the boot of the McCanns' hire car to be dumped. Clarence Mitchell, the family's spokesman, said: "These outrageous suggestions are causing real pain to a couple who love their children more than anything in the world. Such allegations are utterly ludicrous." In the next fortnight the Find Madeleine campaign will launch new billboards, posters and television adverts in Spain and Morocco. A sighting in Morocco was last week proved to be false. "Our aim is to jog local memories," Mr Mitchell said. "The recent false sighting brought home to us that in rural areas there are still many who have not heard of Madeleine. Those are the people we are desperate to reach. Someone out there holds the vital missing clue."
