How does a drop of blood prove she is dead?? I agree I think she is dead. She could of cut herself over the time she was there doesn't mean someone killer her there.

LC could probably say a lot more (since I'm relying on having watched many episodes of Forensic Files and other shows), but I think one way they might be able to tell is by analyzing the drop pattern.  If it was cast off at a high rate of speed, and in an elongated shape, that lends credibility to the idea that it was cast off during a beating (as opposed to a more circular drop, which would result from the blood dripping).

keep watching forensic files Brian! :cool:....there is too little information out there...was it  spatter on the walls as some have suggested? was it found that night she disappeared? there are conflicting reports about that. and....we don't even know for sure it's her blood.

i don't particularly like these parents. but i keep thinking about logistics. ASSUMING witnesses from dinner corroborated that the parents were with them all evening, when could the parents have killed the child AND THEN DISPOSED OF HER? that's the hard part. (just thinking out loud here)

Maybe they didn't kill her, possible on one of their trips back to check on the kids she had fatally hurt herself accidently. Not wanting authorities to know they had left all three kids under the age of 4 alone they disposed of her somehow. (just thinking outside the box)

Not sure what to think of them at this point. I think it would be in the best interest of the investigation if they told their story of that night, so the focus would go back to Madeline, not them.

I just have to many questions about that night. If she was killed there in the room why?? no foot prints?? hand prints?? they are still living in the crime scene?? Just don't get any of it right now.

I personally think there's no way in hell this is an accident.  If the parents accidentally did anything (or if they left her alone and Something Bad happened) they would've copped to it a lot sooner than this.  If they're involved, it's something much more sinister than an accident.

Sadly i really don't think at this late stage that the child is still alive ....i think the child could of wandered off (because remember the doors were left unlocked) and maybe someone working locally (like a cleaner, maintenance man ) could of taken her . Or, what about somebody else within the party . Were there not Four couples .....someone would have to of been watching their routine to know the children were being left home alone .
