may their years in prison be hell on earth. Based on what I know of the prison system in this state, it will be precisely that. Maybe they'll get to the same one Bullet is in and piss off a Biker. From what I understand of other joints, (by the telling by those who have been in several) where Bullet is is the worst one in the state, and as it's a level 4, they will end up in a level 4 because of the charges.

That is what this kid is claiming; that he feared for his life because this guy was "connected" and threatened him. A pack of horseshit if you ask me. What's reallly sad is that, so far as being the sex offender, this guy could merely have been the victim of a shady divorce lawyer and an angry woman. (edit-- I found the post in which it was 17 on 14 - I agree with LH - that was probably consensual, only 14 year old's Dad wasn't even going to admit that his little girl was 'doing someone' willingly at 14) But carrying on with my original post- thinking in terms of dads and their kids. Two of my friends, when getting divorced, have been told by their wives that "if you don't agree to pay me LOTS of alimony, I'm going to tell the cops that you fondled little Suzie in the bathtub all the time" I know of one divorce lawyer in town who is PROUD of their ability to "find out useful information" about the ex on the other side, and use that in court to gain advantage for their client's outcome. They put it like that too -- I think that lawyer is ONLY too willing to play the "dad touched the kids" card, if it means the wife (her client) is going to get a much better deal with child support, full custody of the kids with no visitations, all the stuff. I was lucky I never married one of my ex girlfriends--- that was EXACTLY what she did to her husband when they divorced-- she threatened him with all KINDS of crap right through the process-- KNOWING that the courts would more or less automaticall take her side against him, where anything harming the kids was concerned. Habeas Corpus DOES NOT EXIST when kids and potential sex abuse is concerned. I know of a guy who was proven INNOCENT, and most of the community still thinks he's a sex offender, he's still on the rolls because of "computer problems", he still has that detail in his job apps everywhere, so no references are any good. Apparently, the inmates got wind of witness testimony where the witness described how Orlewicz held the head up and moved the jaw making as if the head was talking, and cracking jokes. This means he is a whacko, if not an actual "bug" (prison lingo for a mental case). The other inmates all fear him because this shit has nothing to lose. He is in there for natural life, and the rest of the GP won't go near him because they are sure he would kill any one of them and not bat an eyelash. Bullet said he struts around the yard. He also said that if he were a lifer, that's the person he would whack. Not kill, but bust him up, because that would make a name for himself and then everyone would fear him the most. It's also bound to happen by someone else at some point. Some other lifer will cave his head in, just for the rep it will create for himself. It staggers the mind what sort of monsters the penal system creates. A week ago at this prison, there was a guy who owed another guy 3 dollars and since he wouldn't pay, the guy he owed it to cut his throat and killed him.

Oh hell yeah. The punk will die in prison, but whether it is from old age or another inmates hand isn't real tough to figure out.
