Well here is a good way to get noticed fast, have a no parking sign with the post attached to the front of your car and pull into a parking lot, seems this lady was smoking pot and fell alseep, she took the sign out and it stuck to her car's front, post and all. then fell off the cops are trying to figure where she nailed the sign
