Some of our American boys in Afghanistan have an artistic touch.  This Mi-24 chopper is being flown over there currently.

It is pretty cool, eh, Ninja?  From what I was told, by a man on his way over there, the boys did it all, no decals, just paint.

Superb !

I like military aircraft, something of a minor hobby of mine.

I once saw a picture of a russian Mil Mi 24 spray painted to look like a shark during Russia's campaign in Afghanistan that was cool as well !. I can't find a bloody picture of it though to post !.......bugger !

But I must admit....the combination of beauty and deadly military force almost makes me.......sexually excited !

I'm sort of split that way....I don't like or want guns or arms.....but used in the right (military) hands I like them.....a lot.

Here is a an mi-24..........

I had a feeling that the US military brass would NOT let something like that be painted.

While there's a long tradition of kill markings, names on bombers, etc--- whole body paintjobs that would affect cammie -- I would expect that the brass would make them repaint it VERY quickly...

Thanks to the power politics starting from the five-sided puzzle palace on down, the US military is NOT quite  --that-- flexible about things...

Heck-- the US Army went round and round with internal politics for decades about who in what Army units could wear a beret of ANY color, after the SF started wearing them...

Armed with the power of Thy name nothing can ever hurt me, and with Thy love in my heart all the world's afflictions can in no wise alarm me.

Oh baby !................my favorite !.............look at that thing and tell me the US government have no knowledge or files or experience of contact with UFO's !

The fact there is nothing else like it and the design is so unique speaks volumes !

That beast is cooler than James dean locked in a fridge in refridgerated underpants sucking ice cubes with a snow cone shoved up his ass !
