It's of course not up there with homemade, but still a pretty good and

quick one. It's made by Land O' Lakes and comes in packets made for

one cup (mug) hot chocolate.  It's a little on the pricey side at .89 a

packet, but I think it's worth it.  Comes in several flavors, my fave is

the mint one.

I have had that. It is quite good.  In fact one year I used it as part of a Christmas gift basket.  I got 4 heavy ceramic mugs, bought a selection of the land O Lakes Hot chocolate in several flavors, and put them all together in a basket.  The couple I gave it to loved it.  I put 3 or 4 packets of the cocoa into each mug.
