I was bored the other day, and started looking through a cookbook.  Found alot of recipes for dips and appetizers.  Figured I would put them all in this thread.  I will post each recipe separately, though.

*****************************************

Crunchy Crab Dip

3/4 cup sour cream

1/2 cup cream cheese/ block

1 c finely chopped celery

1/4 c minced fresh chives

3/4 tsp salt

1/4 c Thousand Island Dressing

3/4 tsp salt

8 oz fresh crab meat

Combine sour cream and cream cheese in a large bowl and stir with wisk until smooth.

Stir in celery, chives, dressing and salt.  Gently fold in crab meat.

Makes about 3 cups.
