Rick's boss had the shop Christmas party at his house last night.  His wife made some great Roast Beef for sandwiches.  She Used Red Osier roast beef.   The Red Osier is an area restaurant whis is well known in Western NY for its Prime Rib and beef.  They are now even selling their roast beef retail..and many sports arena conscession stands locally and in other parts of the country are setting up Red Osier stands.  It is great stuff.
