..giant pork roast...

What do you do?

I've bought one --

Now I want to know what to do to the INSIDE of it to make it taste ham-like.

I'm considering brining it...

I did this once before, and with cloves, rubs, etc on the outside-- the inside still ended up just tasting like pork, not "ham" ...

What do I do?

I wis my brother were around for me to call..he has made fresh ham alot for holidays.  I did find this, which has some ways to prepare it.  Not sure if it will help.  Let me know, for future reference.  Also, Paula Deen has some recipes for fresh ham.  But I am not sure which recipes will give you the desired results.
