I am doing some poppers for the game today and will take a series of pics on how I did but..................there is something I have learned TO NOT DO!!!!!

 NEVER ever debone them suckus put them in a collander .......then go pee!

         Talk about hot sausages! :X the juice on them is like battery acid!

I have a question on the armadillo eggs that were on the jalepeno website. they say to wrap the peppers with the bisquik sausage cheddar mixture. should I cook the sausage before i put in the mixture?

You sure don't want to work with habanero peppers and do that. If you do, be sure to have an aloe vera plant nearby.

My husband grows Habanero's, and I have some friends who said they would like us to send them some peppers...they love hot stuff...well, we assumed since they love hot stuff...they would know how to handle them...and well...you know what they say about 'assuming'.  :sorry:

Poor thing, she didn't wear gloves, cleaned all of them and went to take a shower...all she did, was manage to spread the burn over her entire body.  :oops:

I felt awful!  ::blush::
