Well folks, I went fishing today in the Chickamauga Lake, and I caught a catfish that weighed about 4 pounds. I brought that sucker home, skined it, gutted it, and cut it up into steaks, and deep fried it. The menu was:

Fried catfish (with cajun seasoning)
Fried potatoes
Hush puppies
Cole slaw
And plenty of sweet iced tea

Deeeelicious.......

Yeah, and while you're skinning them, they are still trying to get away. Like cooking frog legs, and them jumping around in the skillet.
