Peeve time.  I can't stand how coffee makers either die out fast and/or can't pour liquid well.  If you don't pour them with the secret decoder magical technique, it runs down along the side onto the counter.  At least, almost all of the coffee makers I've used over the years have one of those problems.

Just bitchin ...

True, I was referring to the more common inexpensive ones.  I have to treat myself to that kind of coffee maker.  Thanks for the kick!

There is this emoticon, under "more:"

::coffee::

Have you seen the Hamilton Beach brew station?  I love it because you never have to pour your coffee!  Just put your cup under the pour area, and push.  It fills your cup and never drips after you take it away.  One hand operation!   The coffee's good, and you can make as little as 4 cups, or as many as 12..........

I bought one of those for an ex-boyfriend.  He is as much of a coffee nut as I am.  I shoulda taken the damn thing with me when I dumped him......:rant: :bang9:

It was a nice machine!  A pain in the ass to clean, but I liked not having to pour.

Good lord, Bullet's motorcycle only cost six thousand!!!!  I'm all about the java, but that is just insane.  Even if I had 4 grand to spend on a coffee maker, I wouldn't! :nuts:

When the coffee pot breaks, a real die-hard caffeine fiend pours it through a sock.

My husband and I own the Cuisinart Grind & Brew coffeemaker (the first one Erinna posted about) and we love it.  We have the previous model and it's lasted for years!
