sounds like a varied balanced diet to me!
Thank goodness I take plenty of vitamins and other supplements, and that the food I actually eat during my regular day (yogurt, lean meats, whole grain breads and cereals, olive and sesame oils, and a smattering of fruits and veggies) are pretty decent nutritionally. Heck, even the dark chocolate is worthwhile... but when I crave junk, I'm in a funk until I satisfy whatever craving I may be having, and when I do it's like a party (complete with ecstasy, sex, good vodka, bangin' house music, a light show, and fireworks) going off in my head
