1) You must be over the age of 13 to participate.
2) You understand that the poster of the content is entirely responsible for all content posted. 24HourForums.com is not responsible for any of the content on the message board(s). This means that the poster, and not 24HourForums.com, is entirely responsible for all content that he or she posts. As a result, 24HourForums.com does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the content on its message board(s). You understand that by using the message board(s), you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will 24HourForums.com be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available.
3) You understand that because you are responsible for the content you post, you can be held responsible for any laws that you break when posting. This includes but is not limited to violating another party's copyright by posting another party's article in its entirety on the message board(s). Please link to it or you may be sued by the other party for copyright infringement.
4) You understand that 24HourForums.com does not pre-screen content but it may remove content at its sole discretion for any reason whatsoever. If you would like to suggest that something be removed, please email 24HourForums.com at moderators@24hourforums.com but 24HourForums.com does not have to remove any content and may or may not agree to your request.
5) With the exception of the Classifieds Forums, the message board forum(s) are not designed to serve as a place where one makes posts that are nothing more than glorified advertisements (i.e. anything promoting another website, product, etc.). Posts that serve as advertisements are likely to be deleted. If you would like to reach the targeted audience of dedicated running aficionados that come to 24HourForums.com, we suggest you consider sponsoring on the web-site or at the very least contacting LetsRun.com before making posts that are advertisements. 6) You may not impersonate another person's identity on the message board(s).
7) You acknowledge that material that you post becomes the copyrighted property of 24HourForums.com and 24HourForums.com can reproduce it in any form that it sees fit without providing you compensation.
8) You acknowledge that your identity is not a secret whether or not you reveal your name in your posts. Your IP address is tracked. As a result others, including 24HourForums.com , may be able to figure out who you are and thus your identity may be revealed to others.
9) Members acknowledge that the service provided by 24HourForums.com is of such a nature there can be interruption of service or server downtime for many reasons other than the negligence of 24HourForums.com and that damages resulting from any interruption of service or server downtime are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, members agree that Tag-Board.com shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of 24HourForums.com
10) 24HourForums.com is not responsible for the content posted on the 24HourForums. The opinions and views expressed by 24HourForums.com's members or visitors do not necessarily represent those of 24HourForums.com and 24HourForums.com does not verify, endorse, or vouch for the content of such page(s). 16) ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
Users are solely responsible for protecting their accounts from access by others. You are strongly encouraged to select a hard-to-guess password and not re-use that password on any other sites where it may be read by the owners or adminstrators of that site.
17) While it is acceptable for users to maintain multiple accounts on 24HourForums.com, 24HourForums.com can and does track multiple shared accounts from a single or multiple computers as one account in terms of TOS violations. If the TOS is violated severely enough to warrant the banning of one account, all known accounts shared between a single or multiple users who use the same computer may also be banned for the actions of the violating account at the administrators' discretion.
18) Because of this rule, it is highly recommended that board users do not share their accounts with others, nor share their computers used to access the site with others, as the actions of some other person could easily directly impact all known shared message board accounts.
19) PRIVACY AND RELEASE OF INFORMATION
Under normal circumstances, 24HourForums.om will never release your provided information to any third party without a court order requiring us to do so. However, in cases of certain severe and/or repeated TOS violations or illegal activities, we reserve the right to forward any and all known information about you and your accounts to your ISP (including libraries, schools, and places of employment), e-mail service provider, your ISP account owner (if someone else is actually paying for it), and any parties whose copyright has clearly been infringed by your actions on the boards.
20) MEMBER CONDUCT
You agree that you will not use this service to perform the following actions:
Offensive Posting
Spamming
Posts that clearly advertise a service or product are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to:
Unsolicited commercial or personal web site advertisements
Posts that disrupt the message boards for other users
Users will be immediately banned (along with any associated accounts) for:
Flooding a board with multiple disruptive topics or posts
Users will be immediately banned (along with any associated accounts) for impersonating other boards users by creating and/or using a message board account with a name clearly intended to impersonate, mock, or antagonize another user, or otherwise falsely claiming to be another message board member.
Harassment/Stalking/Privacy
Continual harassing behavior directed towards a certain individual or group with the intent of an creating an intimidating, offensive, or hostile environment on the boards, with or without use of explicit or implicit threats is strictly prohibited. Posting private information without permission is also prohibited.
Unauthorized Access
Accessing or attempting to access any 24HourForums.com user account not belonging to the user in question without permission is prohibited. Accessing another user's account in this manner is grounds for immediate loss of all known accounts.
Bugs and Exploits
Using exploits or tricks in the 24HourForums.com code to gain privileges, access, or abilities not clearly intended by the board design is prohibited. While you are more than welcome to try and find any exploits away from the public eye, making them public or using them for personal benefit is grounds for immediate loss of all known accounts.
Usernames, Profiles, and Forms
Violating any of the above rules with a username, any part of the user profile (signature, quote, e-mail, IM), or via feedback forms (such as the Mark for Moderation function) is considered a severe violation.
Robots and Automated Programs
Board users are not allowed to run a robot or other any other automated browsing or posting programs on any message board server at any time. Most of these robots use hugeamounts of server resources for the benefit of a single person. Users caught running robots may have all of their known accounts revoked, and the abuse of resources reported to their ISP.
Other
Any other activity that is clearly detrimental to the flow of conversation and normal activities of the boards and its users may also be deleted.
TERMS VIOLATIONS
Topics and message posts that violate the TOS will be deleted from the boards, and addtional penalties may be applied at the moderator's discretion. Re-posting deleted violations (yours or those of others) is also considered a violation.
Messages and topics may be removed at any time and for any reason at the sole discretion of 24HourForums.com and its designated moderators. User accounts may be warned, suspended, or revoked at any time and for any reason at the sole discretion of 24HourForums.com and its designated moderators. All determinations of what is "acceptable" and "unacceptable" content will be determined solely by 24HourForums.com and whoever it designates as moderators. You agree that the decision of the moderators and administrators is final, and you may not legally contest their rulings.
Intentional, repeated, or severe violations are cause for the banning of your account, all use of the boards from your IP address or your entire ISP, and 24HourForums.com contacting your ISP or other relevant parties concerning your activities.

4. Removal of Newsgroup Postings
We are sometimes asked to remove links from our search results pages or newsgroup postings from bulletin boards. We address these requests on a case-by-case basis and in general believe that people who make information available on the Site expect that it will be available publicly and indexed for distribution.
5 Access Restrictions; Termination
We can terminate your access to the Site or the Services at any time. We may also remove any Member Content that you post for any reason or for no reason and without notice to you. This includes all materials related to your use of the Services or membership, including email accounts, postings, profiles or other personalized information you have created while on the Site.
6. Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us. They supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements between you and 24HourForums.com, Inc. relating to your use of the Site or the Services. If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not impact any other provision of these Terms, all of which will remain in full force and effect.
